Our History
Draper Chiropractic embodies the foundational principles established by Dr. Kevin Cheely, who led Cheely Chiropractic with unwavering dedication for over four decades until his recent retirement. Dr. Cheely’s renowned commitment to chiropractic care, underscored by his infectious smile and compassionate demeanor, laid the cornerstone of our new practice.
Dr. Draper commenced her chiropractic journey through a preceptorship at a prominent chiropractic chain in Shiloh, IL, beginning in August 2019. Her pursuit of excellence culminated in the attainment of her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in August 2020. Subsequently, she continued her tenure as a licensed chiropractor in Shiloh, IL, and later assumed a leadership role at the chain’s Highland, IL office until January 2021.
Dr. Draper began working at Cheely Chiropractic in May 2022 and continued to do so until Dr. Cheely’s retirement in January 2024. Situated in the former Cheely Chiropractic location, Draper Chiropractic stands opposite the entrance to Bethalto Airport.
Our clinic maintains a robust integration with Rosewood Physical Therapy (RPT), an adjacent facility. Notably, Cindy Cheely, a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer at RPT and wife of Dr. Kevin Cheely, continues to be an integral part of our collaborative healthcare approach. If you don’t hear Cindy’s laugh in the office, then you will likely find her on the pickleball court. Rosewood Physical Therapy and Draper Chiropractic work in tandem, providing patients with a comprehensive healthcare journey.

Chiropractor / OwnerDr. Draper's academic journey began with the attainment of her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 2016, laying the groundwork for her pursuit of excellence in healthcare. This foundation led her to Logan University, where she dedicated herself to the rigorous curriculum of chiropractic studies, culminating in the completion of her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2020. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Draper finds passion and accomplishment in the sport of competitive bodybuilding, a pursuit that showcases her discipline and dedication beyond the realms of healthcare. Married to her college sweetheart, Alex, since 2018, she is committed to helping her patients achieve their optimal well-being, striving to empower them to embody their best selves.
