High-Interaction, Patient-Focused Clinic
We are seeking a confident, personable, and high-energy Chiropractor to join our established clinic. This is a ~27 hour/week position ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-facing environment and enjoys building real relationships—not just performing adjustments.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and related therapies
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
- Clearly explain care plans, progress, and expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with administrative responsibilities as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Active (or ability to obtain) state license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong confidence in patient interaction and education
- Willingness to be a team player in all aspects of clinic operations

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in person and over the phone.
- Schedule patient appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and follow up on appointment reminders.
- Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting and updating patient information.
- Handle billing, insurance verification, and processing payments.
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Assist clinicians with therapies, exercises, or other procedures as needed.
- Keep the clinic areas tidy and ensure a comfortable environment for patients.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Prior experience in a medical or chiropractic office setting preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling, billing, and maintaining records.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and a customer service-oriented approach to patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with medical terminology, procedures, or electronic health records systems including but not limited to ChiroTouch and Office Ally.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and billing in a healthcare setting.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
