We are seeking a confident, personable, and high-energy Chiropractor to join our established clinic. This is a ~27 hour/week position ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-facing environment and enjoys building real relationships—not just performing adjustments.

About Us
Our clinic stands out because of our exceptional patient experience. We are not a quiet, transactional office. We are upbeat, welcoming, and highly interactive. Patients know us, trust us, and enjoy being here—and a big part of that is how we communicate and connect with them.

This is the Right Fit If You:

  • Naturally start conversations and make people feel comfortable quickly
  • Bring positive energy into every patient interaction
  • Enjoy educating patients and explaining care in a relatable way
  • Are comfortable jumping in wherever needed to support the clinic
  • Can seamlessly switch between clinical care and light administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Perform chiropractic adjustments and related therapies
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
  • Clearly explain care plans, progress, and expectations
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
  • Active (or ability to obtain) state license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong confidence in patient interaction and education
  • Willingness to be a team player in all aspects of clinic operations

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation + performance-based bonus
  • Established patient base (no heavy marketing required)
  • Supportive, efficient team
  • Predictable schedule (~27 hours/week M-F)

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and follow up on appointment reminders.
  • Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting and updating patient information.
  • Handle billing, insurance verification, and processing payments.
  • Maintain organized patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Assist clinicians with therapies, exercises, or other procedures as needed.
  • Keep the clinic areas tidy and ensure a comfortable environment for patients.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about services offered.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and a customer service-oriented approach to patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with medical terminology, procedures, or electronic health records systems including but not limited to ChiroTouch and Office Ally.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and billing in a healthcare setting.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Benefits:
